Dr. Hatfield was amazing and thorough with a 12-year-old boxer. Dr. Hatfield was completely understanding of a stance on not getting lab work or vaccinations. There was definitely a quality of life focus. The first visit was a pleasant experience. The team was insightful, loving toward an old man dog, and kind. Cascade Park team went over and above. Jess took the initiative to reach out to her contacts to inquire if there was a possibility there would be a home available for a cat. Jess found the cat a new home and helped a family through a difficult time.
12 year-old Sparky was limping and I feared I would have to make a decision on surgery, but they did a thorough and kind exam of his leg and analysis of his poor liver counts and since he is improving a wait-and-see on the leg and recommended nutrition changes and a recheck on the liver counts in six weeks
I want to give Dr. Willoughby a big huge praise. I came in for a tech appointment to have stitches taken out of my little Boy. A couple days leading up to that appointment he had some gunk coming from his eye. So at the appointment, I mentioned it and she popped in really quick and said she had a full day but leave him behind for a couple hours and she would look in on him between her appointments. He ended up having an ulcer in his left eye. She got Him on medication right away and checked him out three days later.
