“I thought our 2 skylights were leaking. Stuart Evans pointed out the 10x15 area around the skylights was sunken in and the whole area could have water damage. The skylights were fine! I had people out three times and they all sealed the skylights which fixed nothing. Stuart's expertise was spot on. He gave us a detailed range of estimates depending on the degree of damage they could find when they got the roof tiles off. Even with a large water damage area he came in well below his estimate.
