“After reading several reviews and talking to a couple neighbors, we had Zack out to look at the cedar shake roof on our shed. He climbed up and was so careful not to damage the shakes. After a thorough evaluation, he felt all we needed was a metal roof cap. The bid was very fair, so a couple days later Jose was here to do the install. He was very courteous and just as careful while up on the shakes installing the ridge cap. He literally put each old nail in his back pocket so none ended up on the ground for us to step on, and he hauled off all the old material. “I thought our 2 skylights were leaking. Stuart Evans pointed out the 10x15 area around the skylights was sunken in and the whole area could have water damage. The skylights were fine! I had people out three times and they all sealed the skylights which fixed nothing. Stuart's expertise was spot on. He gave us a detailed range of estimates depending on the degree of damage they could find when they got the roof tiles off. Even with a large water damage area he came in well below his estimate. I voice a couple of my concerns in regards to my roof and their response was no problem, we will make sure everything is taken care of. And they did. A couple days after the job was completed, I contacted them again with a concern I had in regards to the roof. Hired this company to replace a door and instead of having to pay for a new door, they made some adjustments to the existing one and actually SAVED me money.
