“I came to Beatrice to get my taxes done last year and even though I came very late, she was able to squeeze in my return and get me an extension for cheaper than any other CPA in town. When she was done, I had moved and she mailed me a folder with my return so all my information was nice and organized. I would never pick a company like H&R block over her. I thought all was good until a year later I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed them a fine for late payment. It was my first tax return and what I didn't realize was that an extension was only for the filing of the return and not the payment. In my communication with Beatrice, she had forgot to mention this probably because it was such a hectic time of year. I sent her an email saying I had felt that my trust had been betrayed as I wasn't warned about this inevitable fine. Even though I have moved out of Olympia and my likelyhood of return business was low, she replied right away and even paid the fine. She said she was sorry for the miscommunication, that she should have been more clear, and completely exceeded my expectations. That's the kind of service you won't get at HR Block. They say that the best customer service doesn't happen when things are done right, but when a business correct a mistake they have made. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest Beatrice to anybody looking to get their taxes done. I don't know how she doesn't have more reviews on yelp.“

“Dr. Kather is, by far, the most Wonderful Dr I've ever had. I cannot begin to express how grateful and blessed I am that I found her. In fact, when I found her a year ago, I had been suffering from chronic illnesses for almost 10 years and had never been treated properly by my 2 former physician's that I had seen for year's. I was either totally misdiagnosed countless times with completely false illnesses I never had, my real problems totally undiagnosed, and being medicated with over 40 different toxic medications for things I didn't even have! My former Drs were actually making me sicker and sicker, eventually making me think there really wasn't any hope anymore. That I would never be well, it was all "in my head" never given proper, basic tests to help properly diagnose anything. I was just given another prescription and shoved our the door over and over. I can go on forever about how much this amazing doctor has changed my life, but I'll sum it up by saying this. Dr Kather truly saved my life. I have multiple problems due to health issues that we're not dealt with by former doctors so she has a full plate with me, lol, but is so patient, thorough and covers every single issue one by one and it's amazing. She is so knowledgeable about things other doctors don't even tell you about. Natural remedies as well as modern medicine. She is giving me such a wonderful gift I can't fully Express in words other than the hope of a future and healthy life. To be healed and given the best medical treatment possible to give me that beautiful feeling of hope I had lost. Without hope what do we have? I have complete and total faith in everything she has done and continues to do to treat my total health and well-being. Physically, mentally and emotionally. I would recommend her to anyone who isn't just looking for a doctor who will write out prescriptions to mask symptoms of underlying problems or quick fixes that really fix nothing at all.
