Very thorough. Peggy runs the front office and is very knowledgeable as Jim adds his subject matter expertise to take your information and file your taxes right! Even though I owed taxes, I still recommend them!!
They have a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I've used them in the past few years, and they are very thorough and professional. And, their office border collie is the friendliest dog you'll meet
Jim is the best! He helped me quickly resolve a huge mistake the IRS made on a traditional IRA recharacterization I did several years ago, and helped me decide the best tax strategy for handling a very unusual special dividend issue this year. His office has done my taxes the last two years and I am going to continue to use their services, as my tax situation has become more complex over time. (Peggy at the front desk is wonderful!)
