Bob did an absolutely fantastic, meticulous job converting my 2 car garage into a one bedroom apartment. Not only was his quote and end pricing much less than others I had gotten, but he was prompt, stuck to his timeline, communicated well, did not cut any corners and completed an incredibly beautiful unit that can now be rented out. He always left the worksite clean and organized, was very regimented in tracking time & materials and provided me with updates and even advice & recommendations on a routine basis. Bob Hanson and his son did a great job remodeling our garage. The garage went from un-insulated bare walls and patchwork plumbing to a bright finished space. He originally estimated 5 days and ended up getting the job done in just under 4.5 days. He also had great suggestions on lighting etc and always communicated regarding the finances so that everything would be within budget with no big surprises. Very professional and reliable. I look forward to working with him again.

We had been in a never ending nightmare of remodeling with bad/dishonest contractors for 3 years now. Needless to say, giving more money up front to someone you don't really know and trusting them to do a job not knowing how it was all going to go....well...I can testify to Bob Hanson and his integrity, responsibility and professionalism. Bob did what he said he would do and more. He showed up when he said he would and not only did the job, but did it quickly and very well. We have a beautiful new bathroom and ready to do another.
