My family and I went through this company for a new heating and AC unit and they were supposed to come back and do an inspection like a month later and do follow ups with us a couple months after that and we have not gotten a call not an email And we have tried calling them too and it's like they don't even exist. I don't understand how company doesn't respond to phone calls are heating/AC unit is making weird smells every time we use the AC side I don't know what to do and I'm getting very irritated with them.

My furnace and heat pump were on their last legs and were really noisy. After getting a few quotes, Duane with Tacoma HVAC came out and game me a bid. They weren't the lowest price, though close, but I did get a much better feeling about them than I did the other guys. I'm so happy I went with them. My system works great, is quite and now I have a lower electric bill! Can't say enough good things about the customer service or quality of product that is heating and cooling my house. I would definitely recommend!

Duane and Adam are a great crew. They put ducts and AC in my building with superior quality at a fair price. They did the work in a very professional way and communicated very well on what when and how they were going to get it done. A+ guys.
