Petco?! What happened to the customer service that you have always been known for. We had an appointment at Vetco for a vaccine and of course while we were there, we picked up some treats for our dog. Not one employee smiled or acknowledged our presence. When we found someone to help us find something they appeared as though we were bothering them. Then when we get to the register and the employees are chatting away without acknowledging us again. Sadly it appeared as though all employees were not happy working there. I hope that they can find a way to bring back their customer service as there are a lot of other places that value my business.
The store is clean and staff are helpful. The grooming salon is way understaffed and I've been unable to schedule my small dogs for over 6 months. Today, I was allowed to schedule online; however, I received a call back from a staff saying that they were all taking lunch from 2:00-2:45pm and the grooming salon would be closed. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that there was no manager on site. This seems very odd.
the food service was great! the live birdstock appetizers were just right. the primary course of a maine coon was exquisite. and the complementary bye one get one free on the freshly squeezed dog blood was wonderful. 5 stars!
