Easy washing my larger pup in their facility versus our bathtub. Staff friendly and helpful and took extra care helping me. Also, they were very gentle and kind cutting my pups nails. Only critique, shampoos are watered down significantly. It was hard to work up a lather.

i bring my pup here as often as i can remeber to.. i would like to say that i'm a diligent pup parent, but we're too busy playing in the yard.. Shampooch always takes great care of him

Our first visit went really great! We have a 70 lb German Shepherd and our total was $21 before the awesome Yelp "check in" coupon. They have everything you need to clean your dog, from shampoo, ear cleaner, towels, and brushes, hair dryer, and nail clippers. If you have a white dog, they have special shampoo to help keep them looking crisp! The only reason for 4 stars here is that my dog costs twice as much as a small dog. I feel like bigger dogs costing more is warranted in a lot of ways, but a dirty tub is a dirty tub.
