Both my wife and I work with Kaitlin Hansen at Navi Pilates. She has been a great help with our fitness and is one of the nicest people we've met coming back to Tacoma. The facility is well maintained, always clean and neat, and the equipment is obviously cared for. The location in Old Tacoma is easy to get to with plenty of close parking. In addition to private sessions, Navi also offers remote mat classes during the week (so you can do some work without having to go in to the studio). If you're looking for a Pilates studio I really recommend Navi.
