“David Bryant of Ascent Home Repair is definitely our choice for all our home repair and improvement needs. We found this team to be fair, reliable, personable, capable, communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. We had storm damage from a snow storm earlier this year. David provided fair and competitive quotes that addressed all of our needs. As with any home repair, along the way we found work that hadn't been included in the quote that needed to be done for current job to be completed. David was able to adjust the quotes to include the new work in a timely fashion and we are very happy with the result. We recommend David Bryant and Ascent Home Repair & Improvement for all of your home repair and improvement needs. If we need more work done, he gets the very first call.“
“It was a pleasure to deal with locally owned Hodge Plumbing. The quality of the advice and the workmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend them.“
“I have to put in a good word for Bainbridge Island Plumbing. Despite working 13-hour days of late during the cold snap, they were still able to fit my repair job in when they happened to be in the area. They replaced the brass pipe with more expandable PEX (polyethylene), and the faucet as well. All for a very reasonable price. Quick and professional.“
“They were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely utilize their services again!“
“Lloyd not only fixed my toilet but when I asked if Swift Plumbing replaced outside faucets, he had the parts on the truck and fixed my leaking faucets. It was great to not schedule another service day.“
“I had a new dishwasher installed by a different plumber and everything was great for a week. Then, even when not running, the dishwasher started beeping and displayed an error code. The code meant water leak. There’s a drip tray with a sensor under the dishwasher and when it collected any water I had to 1) turn power off to the dishwasher (unplug at back of under my sink) and 2) disconnect the sensor and 3) pull out the drip tray to empty it, 4) undo all previous steps. This got old immediately. I had to get on my belly on my kitchen floor to reach the tray. The space is so tiny. I tried to return the dishwasher; Costco would not take it back (am still shocked about that). They tried to arrange service but Whirlpool had no one that would serve Kitsap County. I called the original company who did the install and the person reached under the dishwasher with skinny channel locks and gave the connection a hard twist to tighten it. That did no good and I stopped trusting that company. I suffered for months trying to figure out what to do.<br><br>Then my neighbor recommended Trueman because they upgraded his outdoor faucets so beautifully. I spoke with Marcy and then Chris came out and immediately said he would replace the hose. Pure plumbing genius. How could he do that in such a restricted space? He did it! The leak is fixed. I am a fan of Trueman. Ten stars.“
“I want to thank the 3 man crew that came out to Nature Way on the 28th of March. To fix a water leak at a Meter Setter for me. Dudes, you guys did a fantastic job. Accolades all around. The site was left it in better shape after the repair than before.Every time I've used Steve Kelley Construction for a Job, it's done right and the Crew is always friendly.Thank you Steve Kelley Construction“
“In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful. Then, after the pattern emerged of the toilet being the issue, he researched different types for us to replace it with so we could avoid having to call him to unclog it. With his help and working with our landlord, the old toilet was replaced and we haven't needed to call a plumber for it since. We'll make sure to keep calling Approved Plumbing for other plumbing needs as they arise, but it was wonderful to have someone who not only fixed the short term problem, but also worked with us on a long term solution that would ultimate save us money.“
“The Mabbutt's are our favorite plumbers around. They are highly knowledgeable, very fast and skilled workers. We've loved working with Nick on multiple jobs, and have appreciated how professional he is. Great sense of humor and awesome folks to have on the job site. They are also great at explaining things in layman's terms and helping us make simple sense of the many decisions you're faced with as a homeowner.“
“Joe and Marshall came out and unclogged my bathtub in about five minutes. It was both great and affordable. Highly recommend.“
“Super impressed with the inspection done today by Logan from AllCountry. Logan was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to show me the ropes.
