He offered to take off his shoes, was friendly and tidy. Nic quickly assessed what our issue was and fixed it, while offering additional expertise to improve our situation (an old drain did not have a cap on it, which it should have). While Nic was here I brought up a few other issues we were having, and he was able to fix them all!! He was knowledgeable about all things plumbing, and he was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using Ben’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future, and I will request Nic, too!!“

“In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful. Then, after the pattern emerged of the toilet being the issue, he researched different types for us to replace it with so we could avoid having to call him to unclog it. With his help and working with our landlord, the old toilet was replaced and we haven't needed to call a plumber for it since. We'll make sure to keep calling Approved Plumbing for other plumbing needs as they arise, but it was wonderful to have someone who not only fixed the short term problem, but also worked with us on a long term solution that would ultimate save us money.“
“I have to put in a good word for Bainbridge Island Plumbing. Despite working 13-hour days of late during the cold snap, they were still able to fit my repair job in when they happened to be in the area. They replaced the brass pipe with more expandable PEX (polyethylene), and the faucet as well. All for a very reasonable price. Quick and professional.“

He was nice and informed and transparent about what he was doing and made sure I understood what was happening. He was also able to offer me some details on system enhancements I asked about and proactively noticed and checked on some of the unique aspects of my setup to make sure they were OK.“

The process was straightforward, clear and I believe the job was reasonably priced. Adrian and the crew did an awesome job, digging two giant holes at the entry and exit points and then filling back in expertly to leave hardly a trace. I’d highly recommend Budget Sewer for any sewer drain issues you might need to tackle.“

700 NW 42nd St UNIT 203, Seattle“Bruce and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work. Throughout our kitchen repair they were fair, fast, and expert in their work. On Bruce's first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!“

5608 17th Ave NW, Seattle“I am extremely pleased with my experience with Complete Trenchless. At the beginning of December, I was informed by the water company that there was a leak between the meter and my house. I called on January 2nd, and Cesar Lara came out in less than two hours to give an estimate. He described how the work would be done to minimize the amount of disruption to our landscaping, including walls, and I had an email estimate minutes after he left. I called the next day to schedule the work, and the following day his crew, Bruce and Tomas, arrived on time. They had to wait for the underground utilities to be marked before digging, but started to cut away the cement floor in the garage where the old water line entered the house. The utility marker guys arrived mid-morning, and then Bruce and Tomas worked for six hours straight until the new water line was installed, pressure tested, and the water was back on. They had to leave the holes at both ends of the project open, until the new line could be inspected, but were back the next day to fill everything in, and to patch the cement floor in the garage. These guys are rock stars, and except for the cement patch, I can’t tell anything was disturbed. As a side note, I knew I didn’t want to have to dig up our landscaping, so was looking at trenchless options. Google search brought up lots of plumbing companies that said they could do the work (in addition to normal indoor plumbing jobs), but in the end I decided to go with a company that specializes in trenchless work. And I am so glad that I went with Complete Trenchless. The whole process was turn-key, thanks to Cesar and his crew, and I couldn’t be happier.“

“The Mabbutt's are our favorite plumbers around. They are highly knowledgeable, very fast and skilled workers. We've loved working with Nick on multiple jobs, and have appreciated how professional he is. Great sense of humor and awesome folks to have on the job site. They are also great at explaining things in layman's terms and helping us make simple sense of the many decisions you're faced with as a homeowner.“
