The work was done very professionally and the new patio looks great. They made sure to add extra drainage for water and cleaned up the space after construction was finished. “The redo of our backyard involved Hardscape, sprinklers and new sod grass. The goal was to increase our patio areas and improve the overall look and functionality of our yard. This project took about 6 weeks. Jesse was really good keeping us informed of progress, choices, and suggestions as the project unfolded. His guys work hard in all weather conditions. The quality of the work is excellent and they strive to make sure your completely satisfied. The materials we chose for hardscape were Allan Block (Canadian Company) for vertical retaining walls, Artistic Pavers for patio surfaces. The Lighting I chose was by DEKOR Lighting. “Finding competent residential irrigation service has not been easy, so I am happy to report my first encounter with Advanced Irrigation has been successful! My system involves a pump, pressure tank and 9 large zones, comprising many types of sprinkler heads and pot watering systems. It is a mature system so much can go wrong over the course of a year eg, broken heads clogged filters, cracked pipes. I probably could do most of the work (not the pump system!) myself if I had a day or two to devote to it - but......why dive into a frustrating project when Advanced's talented service team can accomplish perfection in one or two hours!? They're busy servicing their long time clients so call early to get on the calendar.“
