“I’ve been here 3 or 4 times throughout the few years I’ve lived on the south hill. All of the people here are great, excellent thorough customer service. It’s the only urgent care I go to, they do stay very busy though so I try to book an appointment if I’m able to. They usually have same day if you book early in the morning or next day if you book later in the day. The online website is easy to use and virtual care appointments are great too!“

“I've never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly! I'm still in shock at how 'express' this place truly is. I made a same day appointment one morning and was checked in immediately after I arrived. A staff member was waiting to take me back to a room before I could finish putting my debit card back into my wallet after paying my copay. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was able to fill my prescription next door at Rite Aid within 20 minutes after finishing my appointment. I've been to several urgent cares in the area for myself or my children and this was by far the best. I'm so happy I gave it a try and I will definitely be utilizing this location in the future when we need urgent medical care. Highly recommend!“
