I've never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly! I'm still in shock at how 'express' this place truly is. I made a same day appointment one morning and was checked in immediately after I arrived. A staff member was waiting to take me back to a room before I could finish putting my debit card back into my wallet after paying my copay. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was able to fill my prescription next door at Rite Aid within 20 minutes after finishing my appointment. I've been to several urgent cares in the area for myself or my children and this was by far the best. Covid+Flu swab will run you $147 with good insurance and$352 without insurance. Not worth the price to me. Just so you don't get blind sided like me. Staff won't tell you they probably don't realize that themselves. I work for providence myself and had no clue. Staff was polite and visit was fast.

Been here a dozen times in recent years. Easy online scheduling, friendly quick service. Folks complaining about wait times did not check and schedule an appointment ahead of time. If you're trying to walk in without scheduling, you are doing it wrong. This place has always hummed like a swiss watch, presumably because they don't let a waiting room of unprepared patients pile up in the lobby.
