Tom is great, very kind and resourceful during the stressful time of purchasing a home. I would recommend his service to anyone especially if you are inexperienced in home buying. He goes out of his way to set up time to view houses and really wants YOU to be happy in the home you end up buying.

We first met Tom when he responded to a Zillow inquiry about a home we were interested in purchasing for a potential investment property to rent to our son, who recently graduated from college. It ended up not being available but he took the time to meet us for coffee, to get to know us, and find out what type of homes we were interested in. Through his expertise and recommendation Tom suggested it would be more beneficial for our son to purchase a home on his own using the first time home buyer advantage.
