From the first meeting, Erik provided full-spectrum service. He is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and responds quickly to every question. He helped me navigate property repairs/maintenance and gave insightful recommendations. He ensured every detail was in order to list our property so that we had our best foot forward the first week of listing. Our property sold quickly and throughout the closing process he (and his amazing assistant Krista!), kept me apprised of each step. I could not recommend Erik and his team more!

We bought our home in Sandpoint ID in February 2024. Erik was recommended by someone in my community in Seattle who said he was a family friend. Through the entire buying process, Erik was always reachable, knowledgeable of the area and just all around helpful with all of the things that come out of left field when you buy a home. Having worked with a couple brokers over the last several years, I can say, without exception, that Erik is truly in a class of his own. Home buying can be stressful, especially in today's market, but Erik's first class communication and enthusiasm makes it seem easy. He is nothing short of professional, attentive, and responsive.
