910 W 5th Ave, Spokane“I had a stressful procedure with an amazing staff, who made all of the difference!From the info gal when I first entered the Deaconess Medical Doctor Building #1 to 2nd floor Registration gals & 4th floor chk-in gals!!One gal I wouldn't give 2*, however everyone else was wonderful in the Peri-operative floor!My pre-op RN Jennifer, Anesthesiologist Dr Shalm?, Art with my IV, both of my OR RNs Erica, super sweet & Taylor ready with my blankets!! My experienced expert Asteroid specialist iconic Leonard? (please forgive my anesthesia brain).Post-Op Britany & Jessie were simply perfect, caring, attentive, and helpful! Garett with my discharge & I didn't catch the name of the gal who wheeled me down to the car. It'll take time for my healing, but I know it will be easier from the great care I had during a strenuous condition.And of course, my DR Carl Walker with Spokane Urology who was so caring and thorough & chose this amazing place!Thank you! ?Peace be with you all! ?“

This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“

She has really gone above and beyond to make sure my healthcare needs are met she's been a absolute doll. She's one of those people that stands out her beautiful smile her caring heart she was born to be a nurse. Any questions I have she puts my fears aside and she gets me answers I'm looking for. I am so grateful for her being in this office amongst a few other amazing people here. My doctor has helped me over come my fear of doctors he is outstanding provider I fully trust him he found my diabetes and had since controlled it amongst some other issues I feel much better ? with my healthcare needs“
