    I know enough to be dangerous, having been in tech for decades. Still, I know when things are beyond me. I have a new work laptop, still under warranty. However, both the company and Best Buy wanted to take it for at least a week without a loaner. I can't afford that computing loss. I ordered a fan directly, replaced it, but couldn't get the tiny plug to connect. I called a couple of companies close to me to find out if they could work right away. One said no, I could only drop off. Another gave me initial info, but then didn't respond when I had the fan. These folks are a bit more expensive but were always very responsive. I'm willing to pay for professionalism. I took it over and they found the fan's connector was cheap and had partially split. They were still able to get it connected and working, saving me the cost of yet another fan. They are friendly, knowledgeable and worth the money. FYI, they've merged with another company and you'll find them as NCSi on some sites.

    Needed help with my graphics card staff was friendly and straight to the point, the replacement GC wasn't very expensive and works perfect 10/10 will recommend to friends thank you guys

    The guys at Tech Resource are wonderful! All of our network issues were fixed and error messages are a thing of the past! Dave know his stuff and suggested we move in a direction we hadn't considered. It turned out to be perfect for our business!My only regret was that we waited so long--suffering for months with computer problems before giving them a call!
