On deadline for a client. Blue screen of death. All recovery attempts fail. "OMG, I might have to buy a new laptop, OMG, that is not in the budget, OMG I will miss the deadline, OMG l could lose this client, OMG, OMG, OMG!!" Race it down to Spokane Valley PC. Me, severe stress face: "Eek! My laptop is kaput!". Dennis, big reassuring smile, checks it out, calmly explains likely cause. Then the most wonderful words ever spoken: "Should have it back to you later today." Me: "Cha-ching, cha-ching?". Dennis: "No, only modest charge." Picked up after lunch and we're back in business! Like it never happened. New loyal customer.

These guys are serious pros! I was having issues with a computer I was putting together as a gift. I couldn't get power to it so I tried out Spokane Valley PC. And wow these guys helped me so much, they were so friendly and chill. Definitely my new go too shop

This is a first-rate business. Friendly people, quick turnaround, excellent repairs on my old laptop.But there is one thing I don't understand. When you check out you get a tip screen for gratuities up to 30% This amount in addition to a $100+ charge is a lot of money. Why not just adjust the rates. What are the tips for? I could discern no extra service, they just took my computer at the desk and returned it when it was repaired. The request for tips confused me and made me uncomfortable.
