“Excellent service! Two other places haven't even bothered to return my call. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful, though I forgot her name. I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well. Overall very happy with Bulldog Rooter, the service I received, and the work Caden performed. ?“

“We had a leaky no freeze faucet and the guys came out and fixed both of them (we had 2)
They were great! They also found a BULL snake (confirmed by a snake expert who found two more bull snakes). Bull snakes eat mice and they Are not aggressive or poisonous but it told me that I should have the snake experts help me plug the holes so the mice and Bull Snakes can’t get in ! I signed up for the raptor plan to do a yearly check on the plumbing since the house is getting up there in years Great People I will give them an excellent rating! A very pleased customer! A BULL snake can bite you and their bite can hurt!“
