“Mediocre review, I was in there on 2/12 to inquire about contacts. I got an appointment quickly, and everything went well during the appointment. I was given 30 day contacts in addition to my prescription contact that had to be ordered. Today is March 26th, and I still don't have my contacts. Not sure what that hold up is, but I was just getting accustomed to wearing them, and now I can't wear the temporary contacts. Edit: I did receive my contacts, and even though it took about 2 months, I am very pleased with the contacts. I was a little frustrated, yes, but I realize that the contacts were special order because of my astigmatism. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Eye Q. Thanks again.“

“These guys are AMAZING!! Not Only were they VERY caring and helpful, but EVERYONE from the front desk to the whole office staff, was so kind! When I was finished, I had to wait a long time for my disability transport to pick me up and the office was closing; and the Dr. saw me waiting outside in pain for quite a while and she even asked me if she could help me get home! Also when I got my beautiful glasses, I had a couple of issues and thought I’d be “Stuck “ with the issues beings that the glasses were already made, but I decided to call and ask anyway. To my astonishment, the person I talked to said “Sure! We’ll fix that for you and call you when they’re done and you can come back and swap the ones you have for the new ones.” And I was so happy! Now I’ll have my new glasses that are absolutely perfect for ME and we’ll live happily ever after being able to see!” ?I’m just being silly, but yeah, these people really care! WONDERFUL!!“
