“The Paul Davis Spokane group called us within one hour of reporting our issue & came out the very next day to work on our water damaged area. They were quick, thorough & professional. Colton was VERY informative in keeping us in the loop & explaining everything to us. He cleaned up as he went & showed up when he said he would. Once the job was complete we chose to hire them to continue our job to replace the carpet & fix the walls + ceiling however somehow this fell through the cracks in passing the info onto the company so we waited a week before we found this out. So now we have been waiting for a quote to go to our insurance that was never going to come. I then contacted Curtis of the Paul Davis Spokane group & he made an appointment to come out to measure in two days to get us a quote. Our only complaint then is for the follow-up to the emergent work they did for us.“
