The Paul Davis Spokane group called us within one hour of reporting our issue & came out the very next day to work on our water damaged area. They were quick, thorough & professional. Colton was VERY informative in keeping us in the loop & explaining everything to us. He cleaned up as he went & showed up when he said he would. Once the job was complete we chose to hire them to continue our job to replace the carpet & fix the walls + ceiling however somehow this fell through the cracks in passing the info onto the company so we waited a week before we found this out. We had an ice dam that resulted in water damage to four rooms in our home, including carpeting, drywall, and standing water. The Paul Davis team was courteous, responsive, and thorough. I felt like we were well cared for through this otherwise difficult situation. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone with water damage.
