“After finally abandoning my COVID DIY buzz cut that I’d been rocking for nearly 4 years, I visited pretty much every men’s barbershop in the “north of seattle” area over the course of six months or so, trying to find my favorite. Carmen was far and away the best, and I’ve now been going to her consistently for a few months. She’s responsive and listens to her customers, the haircut is always excellent with attention and care to details, and she maintains open flexible hours which means I don’t have to remember to schedule weeks in advance. She also goes above and beyond with eyebrow trims, a little extra that I really appreciate. And Carmen is also just a genuinely nice person with a great dog! “Don's barbershop was small shop on Main Street with, what appeared, only 1 barber chair. This place had no website, but google was able to provide with enough information to accurately get here, including a chat with the owner. Don's barber is a walk-in only, no appointments, and the owner appears to be the only person working.

Prices were some of the best in the industry at $14 (or $18). This location also does not accept credit or debit. So make sure to plan accordingly.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. Don was able to get me in and out of his shop in less than 20 mins. Although the cut could have used a little more detailing for a fade, I thought the price was fair.

“I went in today and had one of their apprentices cut my hair for free today since he was training. Getting my haircut from someone new was a little scary. It was my first time going in there. Everyone was super nice and the place was super busy for a Wednesday afternoon. I came out with a great cut and beard trim. Riley did a great job I would definitely ask for him. Seems like they spend a ton of time and money on training all their new employees. I can see why they were so busy on a Wednesday. Great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND“
