We hired Ivan's Landscaping and construction to do some work for us. We had drainage problems on the side of the house. The ground needed to be regarded to slope away from the foundation and we had some broken drain lines. Ivan's crew dug it all out. Repaired the drain lines. Filled it in with gravel and put down this paver pad and sidewalk. All that work left the yard on this side pretty distressed. We put in new sod and a nice river rock border around the sidewalk and beauty bark also. The finished product is just beautiful and we're pleased.

Pacific Landscaping, Inc, installed our sprinkler system approximately 4 years ago. Every year they conduct our annual Backflow Prevention Assembly tests required by our water district. They also handle winterizing our sprinkler system. We have always found them to be very responsive, very helpful, professional and friendly.

Let me tell you, it was NOT an easy feat to complete the request. I wanted white hair. Getting hair to white (let alone damaged hair; that had semi permanent red/oranges in), is not easy.
I made a follow up appointment (for maintenance) with Rachel again, for next month. I'm really looking forward to working with Rachel again, knowing that my hair will be able to stay looking in tip top shape.

I walked in without an appt and only a little while before their closing time, to find a full shop of happy people chatting and laughing. I was welcomed in and no one mentioned my timing, even though it meant staying late to finish my nails. Absolutely phenomenal! I had a fire alarm problem at a property I am responsible for reported to me at 10:00 Friday morning. I contacted Dickson Electric who routed David my way shortly thereafter. He was dedicated to troubleshooting and traced the problem down through a boiling attic until we found the troubles location. By 3:30pm he had repaired the wiring quickly, tested the systems twice, and I couldn’t be happier.
Stephen, the owner of Seltec, is a prime example of what hard work, determination, and outstanding work ethic, looks like.
We had Stephen install a Kohler 26kw generator in March and couldn't be happier with the final results. Stephen explained everything, from the selection of pipes used for the gas line, conduit for the electric lines, the updates he made in our control panel, and why he chose what he did. Along the way, Stephen also noticed a multiple "out of code" items that the previous homeowner fiddled with, and corrected them without charging extra . Upon inspection time by the city, the inspector signed off on everything, with flying colors.
Placing a generator in the backyard is the easy part, however, running 100 feet of gas line on the outside of the home, under patios, with dozens of angles and bends, is where having Stephen, along with his thought process, is a must.
I received 3 quotes, including Seltec's, before making the decision to proceed with Stephen. One of the quotes was astronomically high, using an inferior brand generator, while another quote was about similar with Stephens, however, the similar quote was also using an inferior brand. Kohler appears to be a superior generator, in regards to quality, sound suppression, maintenance, and warranty. The fit and finish, from the generator itself, to the installation process, is top tier.
He's respectable, engages in conversation on what he's doing (either from me, or my 12-year-old son, polite, and even more important, honest. He's upfront, educates, does exactly what he says, doesn't take shortcuts, and believes in his product.
I'd hire him again tomorrow, if I was to do it all over again.

I called Mike to clean carpeting at our son’s home in Monroe. Mike made the special effort to squeeze our job in before us leaving tow.
He described the best way to deal with the job at hand which had heavy dirt and wear on the stairs and dog hair in the carpet we did not know about until he used his special double brush cleaning method to get out a lot of dog hair you could not have imagined would even be in the carpet.
He did a fantastic job and the carpets look great and the cost was very reasonable for a job very well done.

JG Landscaping Design in Snohomish, WA, did an excellent job in removing a leaning tree and damaged evergreen bushes and replaced them with soil, new sod, tree bark and hedge bushes during the December 2022 stormy weather in Snoqualmie Ridge. I found Wasington Tree Experts via a friend who is a master gardener in Snohomish county. From start to finish, they were great to work with. Always on time, the estimate was right, easy communication, and they did great work. I will use them again and recommend them when I can.
We were quite worried that our big leaning spruce tree might fall in a storm and hit the house, or worse — simply no longer be there to bless the home with its beautiful presence!

Great service as always! I just needed some tall junipers cut so they weren't so tall and invading my neighbor's property. They trimmed a tall Japanese maple that's getting too big for me to trim anymore. It looks beautiful again. Also cut some large low hanging branches from a big cedar so I get more light and air circulation. I have a giant problem Douglas fir that we discussed. I was told it looks ok for now but to check back next year. I'm very happy with the service and trust their opinions on best options. Great experience!
The Chandler's crew did a great job cutting down a pretty big cottonwood tree. It was 1 of 3 trunks and it had a crack right at the base. It took about 2.5 hours and they did it in a small-ish area without disturbing a couple of nearby fences.

Dr. Mueller always takes such wonderful care of our pup! He always feels so much better after his treatments. We highly recommend Dr. Mueller to anyone that needs chiro and/or acupuncture for their animals (large or small)

I had an urgent need for my dog Zoey today. They got me right in and all the staff was nice and Dr. Ochsenreiter was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to go over everything I asked. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into doing anything unnecessary. He was very gentle with Zoey as well.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! I have nothing but great things to say. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that her office is shared with a chiropractor, which was confusing for a moment until I figured it out. My massage was relaxing, but also she worked on areas in my neck and back that were having issues. I felt much better afterwards.
