The techs and vets we have seen are kind and gentle with our dog. Our dog goes wild around other dogs so they let us wait in our vehicle and come to let us know when it is clear.It is not a 'hospital' or ER as the name might imply, just a normal vet.
They were all very friendly and helpful when our vet was closed for the week. They got our dog in within a few days and made sure we understood what was going on with her and they explained all our options to help our girl out . I definitely recommend them.
Our dog had been poisoned we believe and they got us in right away. Unfortunately she was near death and we had to make the decision to let her go. They were so kind and compassionate and let us take time to say goodbye. Highly recommend.
