“I had two employees, Sydney and Gensen, out to my house last week for a deep clean. We started with a walkthrough of the house. I really appreciated them listening to what I did and did not want them to address in our house. Sydney shared the areas that they could clean and the areas they could not. I loved that I could add on cleaning the inside of my refrigerator! They communicated as they went along, were friendly, respectful, and lovely people to have in my home.“

“I can see why they have all 5 star reviews so far. I reached out after moving to a new rental home and she cared enough to make it out on a day she didn't originally have scheduled. The house was cleaned before move in but they came and did an additional deep clean and gave me the final piece to feeling 'at home' in a clean and sanitary home. I was even impressed on how they tackled the horrible hard water stain in the shower. If I ever decide to get my house cleaned again, I will use them for sure.“

“David and the cleaners at Maid in the NW are wonderful, exceptional, thorough and kind as well as responsive. Have had one of his professional cleaners coming for almost two years, and my home is always singing when he leaves. David is very contentious in matching you with the right fit. Definitely don’t hesitate to hire them. Most recently, he and his team turned a very bad situation into a positive one in less than 24 hours of contacting them. He answered my call and even came by to assess my situation within an hour on New Year’s Day. A contractor had failed to put up any sheets or covering, and his flooring machinery malfunctioned-did not catch the saw dust. Every inch of my home except bedrooms and laundry room had sawdust all over it. All of my baby’s stuff was unusable. Two of my alarms broke from all the saw dust and had to be disconnected to stop them from going off every 15 mins. Will be replacing. This situation had me in tears. David and his team came in and did a deep clean of everything. After they left today, I felt restored. I really can’t express my gratitude enough. Before I found them a couple of years ago, I had a hard time finding reliable and thorough cleaners. Maid in the NW is the way to go.“

“Putting up the Christmas tree, I noticed what appeared to be water damage on my ceiling. I call Wright Way as they were the first company to come up on my Google search and they offered a free consultation and estimate. I could not be happier with my experience.I called on a Saturday and someone actually answered (24/7 humans). The officer manager took down my information and said someone would reach out to schedule a visit. About two hours later, I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for the next day, Sunday (would have been same day, but I was busy on Saturday). Within 15 minutes of the call, the person confirmed via text message and asked a couple of follow-up logistical questions.The Sunday appointment window (between 4-5pm) was getting close; I got a reminder text 30ish minutes prior to the appointment with a more precise ETA (a specific time 4:15pm). They arrived early, unloaded, and were at my door at 4:10pm).Gear in hand and protective wear on shoes/boots, they quickly inspected the area of my ceiling and the bathroom floor in the room above. Thankfully, there was no active leak or water detected. They where honest and upfront with these results not trying to do work that didn't need to be done. I asked about documenting the visit for insurance purposes (incase the problem worsened) and getting a quote to fix the damaged areas. I was very pleased with how open and straight forward they were even though there would not be "work" from this specific call right away.I was promised a quote for the repair to be sent to me shortly and given an approximation of the duration of the repair effort, when I should expect the formal quote, and the best/worst times to schedule if I wanted to do so in the future.Long story short: quick response, professional people, thorough and patient explanations (even though no work would come from the visit right away), and one happy future customer.“
