From the first phone call until the job was complete, this staff showed outstanding customer service. The clean up job was dire and needed to be done with a quick response. Shawn and the team from Emerald City Cleaning were timely and friendly. They bid the job, showed up on time, but the most outstanding part of their service was performance. It looked amazing when they were done. If you seek cost effective, timely professionalism you've found it at Emerald City Cleaning.
Shawn and his team were able to schedule us for a deep cleaning of our factory with only a few days notice (6 cleaners for a full day). Simply put, their level of quality and service is superb. After months of extensive renovations, I didn't believe our space and equipment could be restored to such a high level. Thank you, Emerald City Cleaning, for making it a joy to come to work!
Having some medical issues and needed help with a cleaning. They did a great job and it made me really happy to have a super deep cleaning. The fridge especially had gotten really dirty inside.
