Andy Bui and his team at American Hardwood floors redid extensive work on the oak floors for my friend last year, and this year for me after I experienced water damage. Both homes had damage which needed replacement of the wood. The team came on time in both cases, people were careful with our belongings, the work was beautiful, and the homes were left clean and in no need for additional removal of dust. My family and friends all commented how gorgeous the floors look. The team was respectful. I will hire them again, and will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their expertise! We contracted with American Hardwood Floors to refinish the parquet and hardwood floors throughout a house we were getting ready to sell. We were not disappointed! The floors were installed in 1951 and after American Hardwood Floors refinished the floors they looked brand new. The owner, Gary, spent over 30 minutes just talking to me about the challenges of refinishing parquet floors and what process he uses to ensure great results. Gary stayed within the projected costs, the work was done 1 day early and his crew did an excellent job of not only cleaning up after themselves but they were also careful with the freshly painted walls and base boards, requiring a minimal amount of touch-up work for our painter. At the first open house of the property, realtors and clientsalike commented on how beautiful the hardwood floors looked. We would not hesitate to use American Hardwood Floors for future projects.

Garry did a GREAT job on our floors. He spend a lot of time with me up front to determine how to best do the job and to coordinate with the other contractors fixing up our house to sell. HIs workmen were easy to work with, and found creative solutions to some awkward problems. We were out of town for most of the job, but felt completely comfortable with having them doing our floors. We've gotten great feedback from realtors and visitors to the house. The floors now look like new.
