A year ago today, I took these pictures of the "completed" flooring services that Nielsen Bros Flooring provided. They never fully completed services and I figured after a year from when they last stepped foot in my home was probably a good time to post this review. They worked on our home last July 2022 and this was my experience with them:- The install team never contacted to provide an update of when they were arriving or leaving for their period of work. This made knowing when we needed to be home to lock or unlock the house difficult. It’s hard to give a good rating if there’s no knowledgeable person to help you. It’s the only place I ever buy carpet but I’m going somewhere else where I can get customer service.
