Walmart Vision Center being open and available on the weekend was a lifesaver for me when all other shops in Clallam County were closed except Costco who wasn't able to help me with my concern. Walmart Opticians Elli and Ashley were both so very helpful, understanding, kind, efficient and very professional in answering questions and explaining things to me as well as refitting my frames with new lenses after they got "crazed" (surface melted with excessive heat) the day before. New lenses arrived quickly as promised and I was able to see clearly once again with freshly cleaned, refurbished and refitted glasses (thanks to Ashley). I broke my glasses-split right down the middle! Kiara was my last hope! I didn’t want to buy glasses as I was working on getting my cataracts removed- my glasses before this would have been an expensive throwaway! Costco couldn’t help, though they tried! Kiara found a $28 frame that my current lenses would fit into and my day was saved! GOLD STARS???? for Kiara - my HERO!!!

Excellent experience from the lady who has worked there many years and helped me choose frames today. She explained and showed me how the types of lens materials work and other aspects of glasses and frames. She told me about the always 20% off for buying two pair of frames with prescription lenses and the extra discount for now on prescription sunglasses. I was especially interested in lens materials. Her customer service was outstanding! She spent adequate time with me! I had loads of questions !
