For starters, I was able to get in for an exam very quickly, as there was a cancellation. The receptionist is sweet, helpful, and kind....a real PR prize. Dr Reis is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His exam was very thorough. I found the whole team to be helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this clinic for your optical needs.
Honestly, I had the most thorough eye exam I can ever remember having in my 60+ years. I sincerely believe that. One thing they did that was unique is that after Dr. Campbell had determined my new prescription her assistant gave my eyes a chance to adjust and then came into the room and tried to see if she could improve my eyesight prescription even more based on the test contact lens I was wearing. She did actually find an even better prescription. She checked with Dr. Campbell and we upgraded to new test contact lens. Yep! I was seeing even more clearly. I really appreciated that a lot! I am a combat veteran with PTSD and a lot of anxiety about my health. I really appreciated the way all of the staff were kind, welcoming, and extremely organized and proficient in their roles. I was very relieved to feel in such good hands.
