I have had Ronk Brothers install our unit about 5 years ago. We were so satisfied with the experience we put them in the running when trying to find a solution for the central air conditioning addition for our store. Naturally all things being equal they would get the nod. Even if they were marginally higher they would get the nod but they were a little less than the alternatives so it was a no brainer. They finished the job and things worked great. However there was a problem. They did not have a commercial electrician available so they used a sub-contractor. The sub-contractor did a hack of job of installing conduit that houses the wiring from the circuit breaker panel to the AC unit. It worked but it was an aluminum conduit eyesore and was routed through the inside of our building when it should have been exterior mounted. I couldn't believe anyone would leave behind something that looked like that. So I took a picture and called the folks at Ronk Brothers. The owner took over and responded immediately. A new electrician was sent out and the wiring that was an eyesore on the inside of the building was moved to the exterior as it should have been and cleaned up perfectly. No added charges were created though clearly it cost them added funds to make this right. I own a business. Humans are working here. Occasionally a human will make a mistake. It's how the business responds when a mistake is made that matters. Do they own it? Do they ignore you? Do they charge you more? Wow. What can I say but awesome things about this business. Four months ago we had all of our ducts cleaned and then sealed with Aeroseal by Eric. The service is not cheap but it is worth the cost and pays for itself over time so I thought of it like an investment. We could actually feel the improvement in our indoor air quality from day one. We have two allergy sufferers in the house and is especially appreciated by them. I just paid our second PSE bill since getting this service and compared to the year before our bill was WAY down even though PSE rate are way up. It is really incredible. We have an electric heat pump and now the efficiency is really noticeable, and it runs way less. Our house is transformed night and day. Turns out we were heating our crawlspace. He gave us a print out that showed the system tested before and after. We were losing the equivalent of 124 refrigerators per hour and now and now there are no leaks!!! Thank you for Eric.
Your technician came promptly and identified the problem as boiler repair. He was unable to do the repair but identified the problem and recommended a heating company that could do it. I did not get his name but he was very nice and professional.
We stopped in on a 2 month trip with a gas fridge issue. JR helped us right away even though they were busy and had us back on the road in no time. We can't stress enough how kind efficient and reasonable they were.

We recently had the well pump fail at our church in Greenbank. I gathered what info I could and took some pictures and per Mandy, emailed it to Jason late in the afternoon. By mid-morning we had an estimate our overseers approved and Axel and Johnny were on the job the next morning. The pulled the old pump, finding a rusted through spot in the pipe a couple feet above the pump (41 years old). They installed a new pump, pipe and wire efficiently and professionally and installed and new pump control with a pump protector, and after flushing the lines for a bit we were in business filling the storage tank.It went so well the bill was considerably less than the estimate. We can’t thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Located inside a tanning salon, Pleasant service, Owner couldn't fully do a fade cut on a men's hairstyle, Service came with a Shampoo and Conditioner treatment. The company is just two guys, but they are terrific. They removed 60' of rotted timber retaining wall by our sloping driveway and replaced it with a neat stepped concrete block wall, capped off and nicely shaped around the corners, with gravel backfill topped with soil. They took out old timber steps and replaced them with blocks and gravel. Finally they reconstructed an old collapsing rock retaining wall and backfilled it with gravel and a soil topping. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, sometimes in fairly unpleasant conditions, got the job done efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. And they are both really nice guys. I would definitely recommend them.

I am mostly Grey, so we do root touch upstairs every 12-14 weeks, to blend my roots into my dimensional blonde hair, and highlight every 4th visit, depending on the season. She does a great job blending and blonding, my Grey hairs appear blonde! My son has long curly hair, so he recently started to see Tiffany for haircuts as well, she cut off a good 6 inches, added long layers and helped shape it so it would lay just right and really bring out his natural curls. I absolutely love the vibe in the salon. The decor is on trend but feels authentic and original. Tiffany provides specialty coffee and lotus beverages to enjoy while getting your service, which is an added touch. She has a great selection of hair care products, as well as apparel, candles, and other specialty items for sale. Her prices are fair and respectable. The parking is adequate in downtown Sedro, and the hours work with my busy work schedule. My 2 hour appointment is one of my favorite me times! Tiffany has even hosted special events in the salon, coinciding with local events in downtown Sedro and holidays. I'm so incredibly happy to have found this gem in the wake of the aftermath of Covid. Tiffany has earned a lifetime customer!

Forgot to catch the Woman's name who did my son's hair but she did a fantastic job, was super quick, made sure we liked the cut. I like that this is a walk in only place, no need to deal with appointments. There were three people cutting hair, they were busy but still able to see us very quickly. All the people there seemed to have great personalities, very welcoming atmosphere that seemed great for all ages. The dog there was sweet and respectful. The price is good and they take card, (other places nearby I have had to scramble to get cash to pay for haircuts). We will be back.
I get my nails done off and on, I'm not a "regular" where I do it every 2 weeks or even once a month. I'd say more like every 2-3 months, and when I get a new set I might get a fill every few weeks. The nail salon I've been going to, I've noticed that the quality has not been had good as it used to be or if you are a true regular the service is much better. I decided to try Lavish today and I'm so happy with my nails! I was a brand new coustomer and Mai (I hope that's the right spelling!) Did a fantastic job. I asked for a square shape today and finally got an even shape after many trips to my other salon. I did go on a Monday close to open so they were not super busy but I could tell most everyone in there was a regular and she got multiple calls for appointments while I was there. The polish is clean and an even coat, the underside of my nails is even with no rough edges. I did not get anything too fancy so I can not comment on designs but if I had to guess they would be beautiful based on the attention she took just to a 1 color set today. The fill was $38 plus tip. She said next time a fill would be $35. I had one nail pop off so it was a few dollars more to replace my thumb. If the quality really does continue to be constant I might truly become a nail regular! Next week I will probably be going in for a pedicure. Great service, great quality. ?

NCV has handled my small pup since she joined our family. Recently, we had her spayed at NCV and it was a great experience. I went to Dr. Campbell after a terrible experience at another local vet. Long story short, the other vet wanted to remove my dog’s eye for a minor problem. Dr. Campbell got my dog (Zoey) in for a minor surgery a week later and even cleaned her teeth at the same time, since she’s older and it’s easier on her since she’d already be under. I felt like he listened to me and respected what I had to say. I think a lady does the cleanings, I wish I would have gotten her name, but she did a really great job. Everyone there was super nice and sweet to my dog. Thank you, vet techs and Dr. Campbell!
