I just got a 14 yr old Westie from NOAH and I didn't have a groomer. Lilly was grown out all over and NOAH did her nails because they were severely over grown. I asked the young lady helping me with the adoption if she had a groomer to recommend and she told me about Robin's. I called and they got me an appointment within 2 weeks. I told them I didn't care about a traditional Westie cut. My big items were bath because she smelled, sanitary cut around tail and legs, nails and clean feet. The salon is 35 minutes from my house so I stuck around town and waited. When I got my service dog I thought I'd just take him to the groomer I've used for years. She is an hour away but I trust her implicitly for a number of reasons.So I was a little upset when she told me that she was no longer grooming and was taking a new path. I mean, I was happy for her. I brought my dog into Robin's pet salon and he was quite matted from being in the water and his hair growing out not liking to be brushed ,he got a nice summer cut and Terri did a fantastic job!! Just in time for the heat wave. He even got a blue bowtie and looked so cute when I picked him up he was happy and they treated him like their own. thank you for fitting me in I know all the groomers are so booked right now! He's a happy happy Dog!!
