Amy is incredible. She was able to address and focus on my problem areas, especially my IT band this go around and worked me in places I've never had another therapist hit. A few days later find me sighing in relief from all the pain and tension I had been carrying in my SI joints and legs. She went deep, checked in with me frequently, and understood my body and me more than I've ever experienced. She also did some energy work that was more than overdue, and gave my pointers onwhat i need to do for my body...I highly recommend her, I cant wait to return.

Amy is a great, no nonsense, and experienced massage therapist. She listened to me talk about the issues I wanted to work on and addressed them all methodically while checking in with me about my experience. She is also able to offer interesting insight about how psychic issues impact the physical body.
