Really want to thank both Raja and Rache of Toyota of Seattle for the great experience in purchasing our new Sienna. We have been searching for ~10 months and were in regular contact with the team. In a city where professionalism seems to be going down the drain, it is amazing to see that "ToSSC" still holds itself to the highest standards of customer service. Employees such as Josh S. exemplify this attitude and approach to sincerely care for their customers. No one really likes to go to get their car serviced---the very least we hope for is honesty from service centers. But ToSSC goes above and beyond, and strives to create a positive experience for you. They are not perfect, but workers like Josh will endeavor to earn your trust by making sure the work they put forward is something they can be proud of. ToSSC gets my highest compliment: "I'd send my mom here."

Robert in Sales found exactly the car I wanted: a 2023 RAV4 Prime PlugIn . This, after literally 2-years of contacting other, primarily out-of-state, dealers. Unlike demands of other dealers, Toyota of Seattle let us have it at MSRP and with no weird dealer-installed options. Thank you for a hassle-free experience, Robert. Very happy!
