The vet is extremely inexperienced with international health certificate (time sensitive) but they failed to disclose that, after painful back and forth emails and phone calls with the family pet manager Christa, which eventually became my one sided emails and unanswered phone calls, I had to make an urgent appointment at another vet for $800 - and they did it within a day.1. lack of experience and knowledge: The family pet couldn’t provide adequate information and support to me to get the health certificate. Not what it used to be. Our dog has been a patient here for almost 5 years, but when we brought her in bleeding profusely after an injury…they just said “we don’t take walk-ins.” One attendant didn’t even look up. No offer to at least stop the bleeding and we had to ask twice where they would recommend we take our injured pet. Folks here used to care about our pets…but clearly the place has changed. We won’t be back.
