“My dog Phoebe and I have been to one other doggie daycare and this one far outshines the other. I can tell that all of the staff I’ve interacted with really love what they’re doing and are educated in positive reinforcement training and understand dogs.There’s an app they have where you can see what the dogs are doing with their cameras, it worked well for me once and then was glitchy but I don’t check on her anymore because I know they’re taking good care of her and she has plenty of space. Every time I pick her up they give me the rundown which is better than a couple glimpses at her throughout the day anyway.My dog is super high energy and still learning at 1.5 years old since she’s a large breed that matures slowly, so they charge extra for enrichment (which means they’ll keep a closer eye on her and implement a little training, and update you on it at the end of the day) since she needs extra attention. I’m happy to pay for it because she always comes home happy and tired, and they always have nice things to say about her!The driveway takes a little getting used to, but it’s not so bad.“

“Chili had the best experience getting his first ever professional grooming with Lauren! He was very nervous, but Lauren was so patient and kind, he absolutely loved all the attention he got and came home happy and smelling so good! I would highly recommend booking with Lauren if you have a puppy and want to get them used to the grooming routine.“

“this review will be bittersweet. my dog has been groomed by Shoko for the past few years and i’m so glad i found her. Shoko is very gentle and loving with my dog and i trust her to always give my old gal a great experience when i drop her off. sadly, my Nora had her last groom with Shoko a couple weeks ago because we are moving south. i think it’s going to be really difficult to replace a groomer who is as caring as Shoko. we will miss her and her sweet greyhounds and wish her nothing but the best. thank you Shoko! <3“

I currently have a Gordon Setter and it speaks volumes that he enters the salon willingly and warmly greets his groomer. In addition, I bring my dog in for nail trims and I appreciate the convenience of their walk in option.“
