On the positive side, many customers appreciate the knowledgeable service staff who effectively accommodate last-minute requests and inquiries. Additionally, technicians are praised for their thoroughness, as seen when one technician replaced multiple components in a single visit, ensuring customers do not need to return for additional repairs. Customers also report that the service experience is generally fast and efficient, with some visits lasting around six hours, and repairs are often completed professionally with integrity. For example, a customer had a broken frunk that wasn’t opening; the service team provided a loaner car, replaced only one latch instead of two, and charged significantly less than the original estimate. However, some customers have encountered issues such as unexpected charges and delays, like a window repair that took extra time and money, despite the service center's efforts to resolve the problems. Overall, the service center has dedicated staff committed to customer care, though there are areas for improvement.
Great experience. Smooth trade in of my old lease and signing for my new one. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Shout out to Thomas who helped expedite the return/ repair invoice and remove the fee.
I had a great experience getting my flat tire fixed. Roadside assistance came to my house to put a loaner tire and take my flat. The next day, I went to the service center to get my repaired tire reinstalled. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice too. Overall pleasant experience.
