I had a last minute same-day appointment at the very end of the day, and a woman named Charlotte took such excellent care of me, was joyously passionate about the haircut I wanted, and I walked out of there feeling so incredible and in love with my new cut. (Which was precisely what I wanted!) Highly recommend.
