Camp Crockett Dog Day Camp Pet Sitting

“I've worked in pet care for over a decade and am VERY picky about where I will take my dog. I've worked with many clients who use Camp Crockett and now we take our own dog there as well. Here is what I have observed: The staff are ON it. They are well trained in pack dynamics and they run a tight ship. This is very important as a lot of dog daycares are completely unaware of pack dynamics. It's mindblowing but true. My pup is a sweet guy but not the brightest. I wanted him to have fun, but not be bullied. He is so happy and clearly feels safe at Camp Crockett. When we get too boring at home, he goes up to his harness and asks to go! All the staff and owners clearly love dogs and they work hard to maintain a safe and happy space for the dogs. The area is also very clean. You will never find poop sitting around. Pee is rinsed regularly and all pups are required to be altered, vaccinated, and have updated fecal tests to prove they are in good health. I appreciate this too. Our guy has never been ill as a result of camp. I won't even take him to the dog park, but I trust Camp Crockett. I've had many pups over the years and taken care of a thousand more. Our dog is SO happy. He is living his best life and we are forever grateful to Camp Crockett. They are kind, they are hardworking, and they are dedicated. What more could we ask for?!“

Ann Marie's Pet Au Pair Pet Sitting

“Our dog, Burke, has separation anxiety and was timid when I first dropped him off, as to be expected. When I picked him up he was so energetic and absolutely loved staying at Ann Marie’s! He enjoys all the other dogs there and is always excited when we pull into her street. 100% recommend her to everyone I know!“

Citydog! Club Pet Sitting

“My review is based purely on grooming (Brooke specifically!) because my dog doesn't enjoy daycare or boarding so I don't have much experience to go off of there. I've had dogs my whole life but I now have a dog that has long, easily matted fur for the first time ever. The very first time I brought her to Citydog, Brooke told me many good practices to keep her mat free between grooms. I've been back to her countless times and she always does a great job. It's the reality of all long haired dogs that they need to be combed and brushed daily at home. Although I don't do a great job of keeping up with this maintenance between grooms, I'm so grateful I can trust Brooke to help reset my dog's fur whenever I come in. She always does exactly what I ask for and tells me which areas I need to pay more attention to when I'm brushing her at home based on where the most of her mats were. I used to live in Ballard but moved away about 2 years ago and haven't been able to find a groomer who does as good of a job as Brooke.“
