“Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. We fully trust Elizabeth for future vacations and it has truly provided us with ease knowing we have someone who will love Cotton close to as much as we do. “I have been bringing my chihuahua/Italian greyhound, Dash, to PLAY on the Hill. He is quite the nervous nelly and has stranger danger. The beyond friendly staff have made a welcoming environment that has helped Dash feel comfortable and confident to play with his buddies and cuddle with staff. He always gets excited now when he knows where he's going. There has been so much improvement since bringing Dash to Play thanks to the efforts of the kind and knowledgeable staff. “I was recommended by my friend and my first appintment was with Dr Simmons. The experience was awesome and this is the first vet that makes me feel the doctors care about the patients; They asked my cats all previous medical records a week before my appointment and sent me the estimates of services. During the appointment,Dr Simmons shared lots of feline knowledge and answered my questions patiently. After I got the blood panel test report, she still followed up with my questions. This is what a vet should be.“

“Katherine is great with my 2 dogs, one of which is very anxious. My anxious dog goes with her willingly (and usually won't go with anyone else willingly), and I get pictures and updates about them. I know she takes great care of them and they enjoy being with her. I really feel like I don't have to worry about them when they are in her care.“

“Hillrose was flexible, friendly and generous. Prices were great for day care for our two kitties for 2 days. They let them stay together since they're bonded.The only hiccup was that I have hearing loss and the intercom on the door after hours didn't work. It was difficult to have a conversation through the glass with the after hours attendant. Once we got it figured out, it was fine, so it doesn't warrant losing any stars.We will return.“
