Dr. Liz is wonderful; she listens and takes the time to understand, really understand how you are doing. She has a unique ability to zero into the key issue of the day and provide healing and helpful recommendations. She has been invaluable in helping me understand my food allergies and how to navigate my changing my diet. I've been seeing her since 2019; and even though I spend part of the year in Arizona, I still see her as often as I am able. I always feel uplifted after I have seen her - the acupuncture is very healing for me as is her optimism. I strongly recommend seeing her; and it's well worth the drive to West Seattle.
I first went to Dr. Liz for acute upper back and shoulder tension back around 2016. One of her acupuncture treatments made a world of difference. Since that time I've sought her out to address insomnia, anxiety, congestion and other nagging complaints. In every case she was able to provide relief without any side effects. I try to see her twice a year. She's the real deal.
Dr. Liz is great. She really takes the time to get to know you as a person and provides effective treatment options tailored to you. The appointments allow ample time for discussion before any treatment. I have experienced symptom relief for several issues including menopause related issues. The combination of acupuncture; craniosacral therapy; advice on diet, supplements and home therapies; and just being able to talk freely about any issues has been very effective.
