I spent most of my life skeptical of chiropractic treatment. Until recently, desperation forced my hand and I tried it for the first time. I’m around five or six sessions in and shocked at how effective it’s been for me. FFC&WC is a family run business with delightful folks. I have no other experience upon which to base an opinion, but suspect no two chiropractors are the same and I’m pleased with where I landed. Dr Black has makes every effort to explain and even had me visit a hospital for x-rays in order to take a more informed approach; something I suspect many wouldn’t bother with. I’m a convert and happy to recommend this practice without reservation.

I have been to many chiropractors in my life and can count on one hand how many were actually very good. My family started going here while I was at another one and I transitioned over and Dr. Black is the best! He takes care of us and our kids so well. My 8 year old used to tense up when getting adjusted but he helped her feel relaxed and comfortable. An amazing benefit is that because he takes care of our whole family, our kids under 10 are free, that was such a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a chiropractor you can trust that will take good care of you, you must go here!

Having a good Chiropractor and Massage Therapist is a critical element to keeping my body feeling good. I'm grateful to have found this clinic so close to home at around the halfway point of the pandemic. The providers are great and genuinely good people who care about getting rid of aches and discomfort that just happen throughout the course of life. It is always fun to come in for an appointment and share a laugh or 2 while getting worked on.Support staff is helpful and they take my insurance, so really not many more boxes I need checked to be a fully satisfied client.Keep up the good work Team Family First

We started at a very small location in Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. We outgrew our space and found our current location in November of 2008. Through the power of referrals and word of mouth advertising, our facility has continued to grow. We expanded and fully renovated the space in January of 2014. We have Chiropractic, Physical rehabilitation and Massage therapy. We combine these various treatments to allow us to optimize your physical performance, maximize vitality and promote anti-aging. We are currently accepting new patients, and can usually offer you same, or next day service. We accept most major medical insurance.
