    I love this studio & the work/support Gay has given me to recover from an old injury. I had been in pain for years, to the point where I had forgotten what it felt like to have no pain... Gay helped me get stronger and continues to guide me towards a healthy and pain-free life! I am so grateful for her help, and I love how organized and responsive the studio is in general- a great staff overall. Highly recommended.

    I have acquired and maintained good core strength and great flexibility during Jordan's twice weekly hour long virtual mat class over the past year. She leads a vigorous and stately procession of thoughtful cues to ensure safety and quality results.

The training and programming at Kinesia Pilates is designed to help you learn a Pilates flow workout, with skills and self-knowledge that empowers you to practice regularly from anywhere, so you can be in better control of your health and at your personal best as you move through life. Kinesia Pilates offers personal training in Pilates in private lessons, semi-private lessons, small group classes, hybrid mat classes, online mat classes, hybrid workshops and MELT method in Seattle's Pioneer Square and in virtual space.
