Of course this business will get a lot of negative reviews, they are in towing business where people get pissed off! My experience is different. I highly recommend Gary's towing. They are expert professionals that knows what they are doing. We hire them for a lift project and it was done impeccably.
I mean I really can't complain about Gary's. I mean I can just because of the fact that they impounded my car but they were just doing their job. Everything that has happened that I didn't like (the amount I paid, after hours fee) was due to the circumstances of my own doing. Gary....the gentleman that helped me and I am assuming the owner, was a little cranky at first but by the end of our exchange...he was able to finally go home and so was I with my car. I give 3 stars because I'm bitter with the fact they towed my car but when I picked up my care EVERYTHING WAS THERE even though I had my window rolled all the way down. Gary's is the tow company of choice for my business and they've been great every time we've had to call them. Had someone leave multiple vehicles parked on my lot in fire lanes and even though they only had one driver that night and he was super busy, he was extremely friendly and quick. When I called he said he'd be there in about 30 minutes and exactly 30 minutes later he showed up! Took the first one and came back in probably less than 20 minutes to get the other one and was off to help the two other people he said were after my call. Great customer service
