Team Training - Life Changing. The motto at F45 is no joke! I have always HATED exercising, and my physical and mental health suffered for it. F45 has been an integral part of a healthier me. The workouts are fun and absolutely fly by with great people, amazing trainers, and sweet tunes. The 8-week Challenges are such a motivating way to get after it and be held accountable by your team. Many classmates have made the switch from CrossFit, OrangeTheory, Zumba, Taebo, Jazzercise, or just slogging away on a treadmill/elliptical/stairclimber. Amazed at how much better I feel after only 3.5 months!
