I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to decompress, release tensions held in the body, mind, and energy field. I do this using various Swedish massage techniques, Sound Healing, and Structural Release Therapy, Chakra Balancing and Restructuring. This helps create more flow and ease in your body, mind, and energy body.
