“I’ve been taking my goldendoodle here as his primary vet since we moved to the area and I am very happy with the care he gets. Northwest Veterinary Hospital is the best and the staff is friendly and helpful. I always get my questions answered in detail and feel well-informed when it comes to his care. The vets here are truly advocates for my dog and they take the time to understand what’s happening with him each time we visit, rather than getting us in and out. Highly recommend going with Northwest Veterinary Hospital for your pet’s care!“

“We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.“

“We’ve been going to GLAH for the last 7 years. Every one of the staff from the receptionists to the doctors are so courteous and kind. The vets and vet assistants are so gentle with our pet and spend extra time to talk through everything with us. Every timeI come in I leave wishing these vets could be my (human) primary care doctors because they are so wonderful!! Our dog is always excited to come in to the office and the staff take care to make the environment fun and welcoming for pets. I appreciate that I can also email and call with questions and receive quick answers. I’ve sent many friends with new furry pets to GLAH and will continue to do so.“

“I started bringing my dog to Rainier Vet just recently to inquire about a dental exam. To my pleasant surprise the doctors, techs, and front desk staff are all very communicative and friendly.I was really nervous about my dog's dental cleaning / extraction procedure (she ended up getting 16 teeth removed) but everyone there communicated with so openly. My questions were always answered and I requested for the surgery team to give me a call before proceeding with the extractions and the doctor (Dr. Oas) did just that. She took the time to explain to me what teeth needed to be extracted and why.On top of our procedure, I was also able to add on nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expressions -- and they all got done while my dog was under anesthesia. The doctor also found that my dog had an ulcer at the back of her throat and went ahead to prescribe antibiotics for us to take home.I really felt that the price was justified for the entire procedure, lab work, x-rays, and medicine. I felt that both my dog and I were well supported and cared for through our initial dental exam until the procedure was over.My biggest thing with finding a good vet is open and clear communication. Rainier Vet does just that! They send email and text reminders. They're fast to answer phone calls and overall very transparent with everything which I appreciate. Every staff that I've interacted with so far has been so sweet and kind. I feel so assured knowing Rainier Vet can provide the care that my dog needs! Thank you guys so much.“
